Consultation calls

Consultation calls are free and require no payment.

Agency services (done-for-you ads)

Because our work starts immediately after payment (strategy, research, creative and setup), service fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your first payment and before your onboarding call, you'll receive a full refund.

Monthly retainers can be cancelled at any time with [14] days' written notice to admin@socl.site before the next billing date. Cancellation stops future billing; the current paid period is not refunded.

Ad spend is paid directly to Meta or other platforms and is never refundable by SOCL.

Training, coaching and digital products

Courses, communities, templates and other digital products give immediate access to content, so all sales are final once access has been granted, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Memberships and subscriptions can be cancelled at any time in your Whop account or by emailing us. You keep access until the end of the paid period.

How to request a refund

Email admin@socl.site with your name, the email used at checkout and your order details. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment processor and may take 5 to 10 business days to appear.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge. We're happy to sort out any billing issue directly.
